Coupling sleeve
• Unscrew the coupling sleeve so as to disconnect the pumping
group from the motor.
• Disconnect the air feed pipe to the pump.
• Unscrew the fitting (
Q1
) and the sleeve (
Q2).
• Turn counterclockwise the screws (
Q3
) [take care of the washers
(
Q4
) and remove the covering (
Q5
).
• Unscrew the two ring nuts (
Q6
) from the mount (
Q7)
.
• Turn counterclockwise the screws (
Q8
) [take care of the washers
(
Q9
)] and extract the mount (
Q7
) together with the rollers (
Q10
)
and the pins (
Q11
).
• Extract the spring (
Q12
), the spring guide rod (
Q13
) and the
roller pushing piston (
Q14
). Ensure the spring slides freely on the
guide rod, the guide rod slides into the roller pushing piston and
this last slides into the mount hole. Replace possible damaged
parts.
• Check the roller (
Q10
) and the pin (
Q11
) are undamaged. Replace
them if damaged.
• Remove and check the rubber pad (
Q15
) and the washer (
Q16
)
.
Always close the compressed air supply
and release the pressure in the plant before
disassembling the pneumatic motor of the pump.
