Troubleshooting

Following an automatic 

shutdown of the device 

as a result of an overload, 

the power cord is discon-

nected without setting the 

adjusting knob to "0".

Risk of injury from unexpected 

startup of the device upon return to 

service.

In the event of an overload of the 

device, set the adjusting knob to "0".

No air reduction is perfor

-

med before handover of 

the jar to the operator.

The air reduction serves for pushing 

out any air-filled spaces arising du

-

ring the mixing process. During the 

first withdrawal the operator first pu

-

shes the air and then the ointment 

from the jar opening in a gushing 

movement.

Perform air reduction before the 

handover of the jar to the operator.
If necessary, use a vario nozzle or 

an applicator.
