Lower and upper valves
Unscrew the 4 screws (7A),
Take 2 screws (7A) and screw them into the threads
of the plug (16) to remove the plug (16) from the
upper body (23),
Recover the ball housing (17), the ball (18), the seat
(19) and the seals (8).
Clean the parts, check them. If they are damaged
or worn, change them,
Clean and reinstall the parts in the reverse order of
the disassembly sequence.
For upper valves: (in the valve box (35) and in the
upper body (23)). Fit a seal (8), the seat (19), the
ball (18), and the ball housing (17). Fit the plug (16)
with a seal (8) and install the assembly in the valve
box (35) and in the upper body (23).
Screw the 4 screws (7A).
For lower valves: (in the valve housing (35) and in
the lower body (23)). Fit the ball housing (17), ball
(18), seat (19), and a seal (8). Fit the plug (16) with
a seal (8) and install the assembly in the valve
housing (35) and lower body (23).
Screw the 4 screws (7A).
Piston assembly
Unscrew the 4 screws (34),
Remove the support washer (33),
Remove the seal (31),
Unscrew the nut (32),
Unscrew the head (28) from the piston rod (26).
Clean and reinstall the parts in the reverse order of
the disassembly sequence.
