Disassembly of the fluid
section
Place the pump in a vertical position, resting on the
ground on the face of the connection plate (1),
Unscrew the 16 screws (20) securing the inlet/outlet
flanges / connection tube and those of the valve
boxes (upper and lower),
Retrieve the seals (22),
Unscrew the 4 nuts (38),
Remove the lower body (36), remove the cylinder
(25),
Remove the equipped piston assembly, remove
the upper body (23).
Cartridge
Remove the cup (6),
Unscrew the 4 screws (7B),
Take 2 screws (7B) and screw them into the threads
of the cartridge (14) to remove it from the upper
body (23),
Remove the cup (6),
Remove the spacer (10),
Remove the O-rings (8), washers (11 & 13) and seals
(12).
Clean the parts, check them. If they are damaged
or worn, change them.
Clean and reinstall the parts in the reverse order of
the disassembly sequence. It is advisable to grease
the screws and lubricate the seals.
