Lower and upper valves
Unscrew the 4 screws (7A),
Take 2 screws (7A) and screw them into the threads
of the plug (16) to remove it from the upper body
(23),
Recover the ball housing (17), the ball (18), the seat
(19) and the seals (8).
Clean the parts, check for damage or wear and
replace them if necessary.
Reinstall the parts in the reverse order of the
disassembly.
For upper valves: (in valve box (35) and upper
body (23)). Fit a seal (8), the seat (19), the ball (18)
and the ball seat (17). Fit the plug (16) with a seal
(8) and install the assembly in the valve box (35)
and in the upper body (23).
Tighten the 4 screws (7A).
For the lower valves: (in valve box (35) and lower
body (23)). Fit the ball housing (17), the ball (18),
the seat (19) and a seal (8). Fit the plug (16) with a
seal (8) and install the assembly in the valve box
(35) and the lower body (23).
Tighten the 4 screws (7A).
Piston assembly
Unscrew the 4 screws (34),
Remove the support washer (33),
Remove the seal (31),
Unscrew the nut (32),
Unscrew the head (28) from the piston rod (26).
Clean and reinstall the parts in the reverse order of
the disassembly sequence.
