TROUBLE SHOOTING
1) Check whether the power supply or power adapter properly plugged in.
2) When the device is being plug in, do not press the button" LOCK”, “TALK”, or “GROUP”.
3) Check whether the power outlet has power or if the plug of the device is properly connected to
the power outlet.
4) Check whether the power cord is defective by connecting to other devices.
5) Check the power supply of the device by connecting to another power supply or outlet.
1) Do not open but close the antenna to the factory default position.
2)The distance between two devices should be over 2 meters, and turn down the volume to
decrease interference.
3) The distance of the device with other electrical equipment should be more than 1 meter, in
order to avoid interference from the electrical equipment.
4) Re-plug in the power cable and ensure that the device is properly plugged in.
5) Do not lay the power cable on the surface of the device.
6) Change to a new Channel number.
1) Do not open but close the antenna to the factory default position
2) Check whether all devices are set in A, B or C.
3) Check whether the devices are in the same Group number. If not, re-set all devices to the same
group number.
