Unpacking and Assembly preparation
As standard, the module is delivered by the manufacturer and checked for proper functioning.
Proceed as described below to prepare for assembly:
Remove all the packaging material.
Carry out a visual inspection for damage.
If you find any damage, notify the supplier immediately.
Check that you have received the ordered components and that everything is complete.
If necessary, remove all attached transport protections such as adhesive strips or similar.
If necessary, keep them for later use or dispose of them properly.
Clean the components supplied.

Prerequisites for the assembly
WARNING
Dangerous malfunctions and injuries are possible.
If the system is not installed and commissioned by a qualified specialist company,
dangerous malfunctions are possible.
Have the system set up and installed only by qualified specialists in ac-
cordance with page 7
The following conditions must be fulfilled in order to commission the module correctly (see also the
following chapter 5 ff. "Assembly, installation and commissioning", as described on page 23 ff:)
•
The module must be protected against external mechanical impact.
•
The module must be installed in a ventilation duct.
•
The 30 cm high voltage line must not be changed or manipulated.
•
The mains connection cable of the control unit must always have the option of
disconnecting from the mains.
•
Sufficient space, taking into account the limits of the module and the control unit with safety
distances, you need space around the respective components for freedom of movement.
•
The operating room must generally be dry and sufficiently ventilated.
•
The control unit must not be installed in the radiation range of external heat sources.
•
If necessary, cleaning agents, solvents to remove adhesive residues.
•
The room must be accessible for inspection and maintenance work.
•
There must be sufficient lighting in the room.
