NC Rotary Table
Instruction Manual
1) ①MOTOR COVER를 고정하는 ②WRENCH BOLT들을 풀어냅니다.
2) 이때에 연결된 케이블들을 분리한 후 케이블들이 손상되지 않도록
주의하면서 BODY로부터 ①MOTOR COVER를 들어냅니다.
3) ⑥MOTOR PLATE에 고정된 MOTOR를 ③WRENCH BOLT로 어냅니다.
4) ④COUPLING과 MOTOR를 고정하는 ⑤SETSCREW를 푼 후
④COUPLING을 제거합니다.
5) ⑦SERVO MOTOR를 교환 후에 ④COUPLING을 체결 후
⑤ SETSCREW로 고정시킵니다.
6) ⑥MOTOR PLATE에 ④COUPLING과 체결된 ⑦SERVO MOTOR를
③WRENCH BOLT로 고정시킵니다.
7) ①MOTOR COVER 안에 분리된 케이블들을 ⑦SERVO MOTOR에
연결합니다.
8) BODY와 ①MOTOR COVER를 ②WRENCH BOLT에 연결 후 작업을
종료합니다.
모터에 절삭유가 침투하지 않도록 모터커버와 몸체 사이의 연결부분에
O-RING 이 설치되어 있습니다.
모터커버 및 케이블 파손 때문에 절삭유가 모터커버로 들어가면
전기장치(모터, 솔레노이드 밸브 등)가 손상되므로 주의를 요하며 만약
손상되면 새 부품으로 즉시 교체해야 합니다.
7.2.1. 모터커버의 분리
1) Loosen the ②wrench bolts which are fixing the ①motor cover.
2) Disconnect the cables. Remove the ①motor cover from the main
body, taking care not to damage the cables.
3) Disassemble the ⑥motor plate and motor by removing the
③wrench bolt.
4) Loosen the ⑤set screw which joins the ④coupling and motor,
and remove the ④coupling.
5) Replace the ⑦servo motor. Install the ④coupling and fix it with the
⑤set screw.
6) Assemble the ⑥motor plate and the ⑦servo motor assembled
with the ④coupling, and mount them with the ③ wrench bolts.
7) In the ①motor cover, connect the cables to the ⑦servo motor.
8) Assemble the main body and ①motor cover with the
②wrench bolts.
7.2.1. Removing the motor cover
7.2.2. 방수대책
An O-ring is provided between the motor cover and main body to
prevent the cutting fluid from entering the motor.
If the cutting fluid enters the motor cover due to damaged motor cover
or cable, the electric devices (motor, solenoid valve, etc.) can be
damaged. Damaged parts/components must be replaced with new
parts/components immediately.

보 관 / Storage
NC 로터리 테이블을 공작기계에서 분리한 후
보관할 때에는 칩이나 절삭유 등을 깨끗이
제거한 후 정밀도를 유지하기 위해 안정된
목재 판에 올려 놓으십시오. 테이블과
케이스에 방청유를 바르거나 목재 덮개 또는
비닐 덮개 등으로 감싸십시오. 목재 판과
상자를 사용할 때에는 생재를 사용하지
마십시오.
생재는 화학적으로 중성이 아니므로
파라핀을 적신 목재를 사용하십시오.

CAUTION
주 의
When storing the NC Rotary Table for a
long period after separating it from the
machine tool, Remove chips and cutting
fluid from the Table completely, and put it
on rigid wooden plate to maintain
accuracy. Apply rust preventive oil to the
Table and case, or protect them with a
wooden cover, or wrap them with vinyl
sheet. The wood plate and box must not
be made with green wood.
Since green wood is chemically active,
use wood impregnated with paraffin.
