5.2.2.
Mower design with hydraulic lifting (optional equipment)
In order to put the mower to the transport position, do the following:
connect the hydraulic hose for lifting the mower to tractor hydraulic unit,
lift the mower with tractor’s hydraulic lift until the lower lift pins of the mower’s linkage frame
are raised about 1

above the ground,
use the tractor’s hydraulic lever to pressurise the hydraulic cylinder on the mower and lift the
cutting unit of the machine to the vertical position,

CAUTION:
During transport the shut-off valve of mower hydraulic lift should
always be closed

the valve lever in position

). This protects
the mower against accidental falling if hydraulic unit failure occurs.
to prevent the mower from falling down close the shut-off valve (
Fig. 16
) on the hydraulic
cylinder (
Fig. 15
),
in the side transport position (
Fig. 14a
) the PTO shaft can remain connected. In the rear
transport position (
Fig. 14b
) disconnect the PTO shaft.

Shut-off valve positions
In order to prepare the mower for transport and meet safety precautions, do the following:
when lifting or lowering the mower check carefully the area around the tractor and machine,
before lifting the machine to transport position set the machine while keeping the tractor’s
linkage parallel to the ground.
