DISMOUNTING AND WITHDRAWAL FROM USE
In case of partial wearing of the circular saw, replace any worn parts. Prior to this, clean the
machine from dirt and chips. Then dismount circular blades. Next replace all worn parts with new
and assemble the circular saw using brand new couplings. Bolts should be tightened with torque
corresponding to their strength classes. Adjust tension of v-belts and pulleys so that they are
aligned.
Pay particular attention at any mounting and dismounting works and use drawings provided in
spare part catalogue.
Store damaged or worn parts in restricted area and then deliver to a scrap yard.
NOTE!
When mounting and dismounting, please remember about personal
protection as well as environmental protection means.
NOTE!
When dismounting the machine pay particular attention to and additional
dangers, as crushing, cutting, wounding, concussion. Use proper tools and
personal protection measures: protective gloves, clothes and footwear, eye
protection, etc. Pay attention not to allow the machine lose its stability and
therefore protect it with supports.
If the circular saw cannot be repaired anymore, it should be withdrawn from use. Prior to this,
clean the machine from dirt and chips. Dismount circular blades firstly. Then disassemble the whole
circular saw and remember to segregate parts according to kind of material used and deliver them to
a scrap yard.

The product’s quality has been checked and meets the required standards and regulations and
is permitted for use.
