Tab. 5

 and

Tab. 6

are supposed to allow you to familiarize yourself with the calculable capabilities of

the plows. For example in

Tab. 6

we can see that when the driver drives onto a high obstacle (the folding

blades do not tilt back) with the velocity of 20 km/h with th  deceleration distance

s

 = 10 cm the force

acting on the plow and tractor is

62 Tons

!!! This amount of force certainly will lead to damage of the

plow  and  the  TPH  suspension  of  the tractor.  The  table  and  the pictures  could  help  the  operator  in
choosing the tractor speed

V

to specific terrain conditions. The table shown above is a demonstration

to show the operator how suddenly the loads change depending on the speed and stopping distance

ATTENTION!

Please consider the forces created when we are dealing with a tractor, loader,
whose weight is 6 - 10 Tons

.

ATTENTION!

The  operating  speed  of  the  tractor-plow  unit  must  always  be  appropriate  to
current working conditions

Regulaction of overloding protection

Depending on plow’s operations the gap between blade’s inclination mechanism and its housing

should be regulated

Ø mm

 (

Fig. 35

and so it follows:

if the operations is connected to snow clearing from Road and squares with higher speed e.g.:

V

10 km/h and more – the gap on all roller mechanisms should be

Ø

=12 mm. In that case when

coming cross small obstacle lower part of the blade will incline under the force F

=

400

kG,

if the operations is on tough snow (frozen etc.), the above mentioned regulation will make the

blade

incline backwards too often. In that case the gap may be regulated

Ø

to 10 mm – then the force

will increase to F = 550 kG. Higher force of inclination will have negative consequence on rubber
blade’s durability,

if nevertheless operation’s quality is not satisfying eg. work with HARDOX bar and the tough surface
is to be removed or snow the gap can be regulated

Ø

= 0 mm. In that case the

maximum force on

one part of the blade can be not more than F

max

= 1200 kG. With such work an operator should be

familiar with

Tab. 5

 and

Tab. 6

. Besides he should control the force on the lower part of the blade
