Switch appliance on

CAUTION! Hot surfaces, hot radiant heater, hot objects!

Risk of burning!

Wear protective gloves!

Use pot holders!

.

Exercise appropriate caution!

Preheat for approx. 30 minutes before filling with
food to be fried.

.

Place perforated sheet insert with the correct
orientation in the pan.

.

Switch the appliance on with the rotary switch.

● The indicator light lights up.
● The radiant heater and the heating underneath

the pan bottom heat.

● Fill the pan only half.

.

Pour the food to be kept warm on the heated
perforated sheet insert.

● Do not keep fried goods (food) warm longer

than 20 minutes, use up within this time.

● Switch off the appliance when not in use.

5.

Completion of operation

Turn rotary switch to the 0 position.

● The indicator light goes off.

Clean the appliance - see the following 6. "Cleaning and Care" chapter.
