Switching on appliance

Switch on the appliance using the rotary switch and set the required temperature (scale 1-10).

● The indicator lights light up.
● The yellow indicator light goes off when the temperature set is attained.

Inserting the Gastronorm container

Place food in the Gastronorm containers and insert the containers in the tank.

Close the Gastronorm containers with lids.

● Covering the Gastronorm containers

prevents the food from drying out and

reduces energy consumption.

Completion of operation

Turn rotary switch to the 0 position.

● The indicator lights go out.

Clean the appliance - see the following 6. "Cleaning and Care" chapter.
