the filter holder in left position, then turn the filter holder counter-clockwise until
the handle locates the central position of the unit, make sure that the filter holder
is secured firmly.
5. Turn the strength knob to your desired position:
“STRONG”, “LIGHT” or “STEAM”
functions (see Figure 3), depending on your preference.
6. Place the carafe on the drip tray and ensure the centre of the lid aligns with the
spout of the filter holder, and then change the switch to the
“I/ON” position and
the indicator light will illuminate. Brewed coffee will begin flowing into the carafe
after aprox.3 minutes.
Note:
to avoid any splashing, do not detach the filter holder during the brewing process.
Once brewing is complete, place the switch in the
“O/OFF” position by hand, remove the
carafe from the drip tray and dispense coffee into cups, now you can enjoy espresso
coffee.
Note:
supervision is necessary when brewing the coffee. If the brewed coffee has
reached your desired volume or coffee colour begins becoming light gradually,
immediately turn the switch off.
7. Before opening the filter holder or removing the filter, always release the
pressure in the water tank, the method is as follows: turn steam knob in anti-
clockwise slowly, steam will escape from steam tube, when the remaining
pressure is released completely and filter holder is cooled down, then remove
filter holder by turning in a clockwise direction.
8. Turn the filter lock over, then press it with your thumb to make the filter firm, tilt
the filter holder and tip it over a rubbish box, then clear out residue, wash the
filter holder and filter in fresh water and reassemble them correctly.

return the filter lock to the original position before reattaching the filter holder.
MAKING CAPPUCCINO COFFEE
When a cup of espresso coffee is filled with frothing milk, you will obtain a cup of
cappuccino.
1. First prepare a cup of espresso coffee with a container big enough according to
steps 1-6 above and, ensure the steam knob has been turned off and turn the
strength knob to
“STEAM” position, after turning the switch on, wait aprox.3
minutes and the coffee maker will produce enough steam for making frothed
