HELPFUL HINTS
• Do not seal bags for longer than 10 seconds.
• Let the appliance rest for 2 minutes after every sealing cycle otherwise
the product may be damaged.
• Sealing Wire will be hot during and immediately after use.
• Do not extract air from bags containing liquid. The liquid will be drawn
into the Suction Nozzle and will damage the Sealer.
• Ensure that the Polyethylene Film lies smoothly over the Sealing Wire.
• Ensure that the area to be sealed is dry and clean.
• If the Polyethylene Film adheres to the Sealing Wire, unplug unit and slowly
pull Polyethylene Film off the Sealing Wire.
• Do not re-use bags.
• Allow approximately 1-1/2" (4 cm) between the food and seal to allow
room for expansion when cooking or freezing.
• Food can be labeled by using a ball point pen and writing anywhere on
the bag.
