Saljol gives a 2-year warranty against production or material
defects.
Warranty services refer to all defects of the product, which can
be proved to be defective in material or manufacturing are to
be attributed.
You can register the residential rollator online to extend
your warranty to 4 years from the date of purchase. The
Reg istration must be received no later than 14 days after date
of purchase take place. The registration takes place under
www.saljol.de/en/extended-warranty/
All claims for warranty and guarantee expire, as soon as the
residential rollator has been deliberately destroyed, this manual
was not observed, the Living room rollator improperly and from
an untrained person has been serviced or repaired or if the
liv ing room rollator was operated with non-original accessories.
These warranty conditions only apply to products purchased in
Germany. The specialist dealer will provide information on the
warranty conditions for products purchased abroad.
