2. Select Yogurt; press Yogurt again until Normal displays with an 8 hour timer on
the LCD screen. Use the Manual Setting to adjust cooking time.
3. After 10 seconds the pressure cooker will beep 3 times and the LCD screen will
display the timer (the yogurt timer will start and count down).
4. When cooking is complete the pressure cooker beeps several times and the LCD
screen displays Yogt. Transfer yogurt to containers and refrigerate as directed by
your recipe.
HOW TO USE SLOW COOKING FUNCTION:
1. Prepare the required dish and place it in the inner pot (6).
2. During slow cooking, put a glass lid on the appliance.
NOTE: The SLOW COOKING function cooks under normal pressure.
3. Select the SLOW COOKING function and the display will show the default time of
the SLOW COOKING mode of 06:00. Press the + and
- buttons to adjust the cooking
time.
NOTE: The maximum time allowed for the SLOW COOKING mode is 9.5 hours.
4. Press the SLOW COOKING button repeatedly to select the mode and temperature
according to the table.
5. After 10 seconds, there are three beeps and ON is displayed on the LCD, indicating
that the pressure cooker is preheating.
6. It may take 5 to 20 minutes for the appliance to reach the required temperature
before the countdown starts.
7. When the cooking is finished, the pressure cooker beeps and automatically
switches to KEEP TEMPERATURE mode. In KEEP TEMPERATURE mode, 0000 is
