A. Timer function for damper.
Press once. Damper remains open for
30 mins.
Press twice. Damper remains open for
60 mins.
Press three times: Damper remains open
for 90 mins.
Press again. Damper closes.
The damper closes automatically after
30/60/90 minutes and the ventilation
unit returns to normal ventilation, speed

using the timer function for the damper.

If the fault indicator lamp glows or
blinks, consult the user manual for the
unit.
Open the damper while cooking. Adjust the
speed of the ventilation unit’s fans depend-
ing on the type of food you are cooking. It
is a good idea to open the damper a short
while before and after cooking, in order to
avoid the spread of odours in the room.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Cleaning
The cooker hood should be cleaned with a
damp cloth and washing-up liquid. The filter
must be cleaned twice a month, with nor-
mal usage.

Remove the grease filter by opening the
snap, Fig. 11. Handle the filter gently, be
careful not to bend them.
Soak the filter in a solution of warm water
and washing-up liquid. The filter can also be
washed in a dishwasher.
Refit the grease filter after cleaning, make
sure they snap firmly into place.
The inside of the fan and the damper shall
be cleaned at least twice a year. Wipe with
a damp cloth and detergent. The damper is
best cleaned when it is open.
