q: what if my unit does not turn on?
The unit may not be charged. Ensure that the unit has been
plugged into an electrical source and charged for 3 hours.
When properly connected, the light on the unit will change
to red to indicate it is charging.
q: what if my unit does not mist or there is almost no mist?
A. Tilt the unit at a 45 degree angle when in use to allow the
water to flow closer to the disc and produce mist.
B. There may be air pockets within the tank. Give the unit a
light shake to remove them.
C. There may not be enough water in the water tank. Ensure
that the water tank has been filled using the squeeze bottle.
