Coupling to a Bicycle:
1. Bring the hitch over the hitch plate aligning the hitch holes
with the hitch plate sleeve.
2. Push the hitch pin down through the hitch and hitch plate.
3. Secure the hitch pin by pulling the hitch strap down over the
lower end of the hitch pin.
4. Loop the back-up safety strap around the bicycle
’s chain
stay (loop enough times until strap length is reduced
enough).
5. Attach the clip (at the end of the back-up safety strap) to the
D-ring located on the hitch arm.
Flag:
1. Assemble the two flag rods together.
2. Insert the end of the flag rod through the opening in the
cover, through the tube sleeve and into the flag sleeve.
