ADJUSTING THE GUIDE ROLLERS
The Guide Rollers are very important on the machine as they directly affect the outcome of
any bending to be smooth and accurate.
There are three axes movements to this system
Y - Vertical Drive
X – Horizontal Drive
Z – Radial Drive
See picture ( Mechanic Guide ) below to understand axes movements
Warning:
Do NOT place any part of your body on the Guide Rollers while adjusting them.
Be careful to other people around the machine who may be in danger while adjusting.
Y – Axis
Up / Down X – Axis
Forward/Backward
Z – Axis
