Answering machine setup
Modify the remote enquiry code
Your answering machine can be consulted remotely. With this function you can read
your messages and consult your answering machine from any other telephone
outside your home.
•
Press Select.
•
Select
Settings
using the
or
keys and press Select.
•
Select
Remote access
using the
or
keys and press Select.
•
Enter the base code (0000 by default) using the keys on the keypad. Press Select.
•
Enter the new remote enquiry code, press Select.
•
Enter the new remote enquiry code a second time, press Select to confirm.
The action is confirmed by the "OK" indication.

Note
The default code is 0000. This code must be modified for remote
access to be activated.
Answering machine delay time
With this setting you set the time in seconds before your answering machine
operates.
You can increase the time before your answering machine operates to give yourself
more time to come to the phone.

Time to pickup
using the

keys and press Select.
•
Enter the desired time in seconds. Press Select.
The action is confirmed by the "OK" indication.
