Novice Series

Have you dreamed of a beautiful, easy-playing string bass that’s
durable enough for life on the road? Step up to Cremona basses,
the answer to every gigging bass players’ dream!

Our Cremona SB-3 bass features a select spruce top, beautiful,
flamed maple back, sides and neck, ebony fingerboard and
boxwood end pin. A lovely, transparent warm amber matte
finish completes the ensemble. The top and back have inlaid
purfling. Double kerfing provides extra support and rigidity. A
deluxe ballistic nylon bag is included. The SB-3 offers the
durability of crack-resistant construction for a lifetime of service.
The beauty of the flamed woods used in the SB-3, combined
with its excellent tone and projection, is a major selling point.
The SB-2 has similar features but a different body style.

The body of the Cremona SB-1 bass is made of fine instrument-
grade maple and spruce built to withstand the rigors of life on
the road. The single-plate Tyrolean-style tuning machines
feature a 24:1 ratio gear for precise, easy tuning. You will be
amazed to see such fine quality in instruments costing so little.
