MAINTENANCE ET ENTRETIEN
La maintenance doit être réalisée par un
personnel habilité et techniquement qualifié.
En cas de panne, d’accident ou d’entretien,
1) Couper l’alimentation électrique avant toute
intervention à l’aide de l’interrupteur de
proximité cadenassable (fourni)
2) Attendre l’arrêt complet de la turbine avant
toute intervention.
Les moteurs IP 55 sont équipés de roulements
graissés à vie.
Avertissement :
1) En cas de nettoyage, s’assurer que les produits
ne risquent pas d’endommager les parties
plastifiées du moteur tel le joint d’étanchéité.
2) En cas de démontage du bloc moto-turbine de
ses 4 supports, il est impératif de ne pas
choquer ou s’amarrer à la turbine au risque de
la déséquilibrer.
Tout démontage et remontage du groupe moto-
turbine est sous l’entière responsabilité de
l’installateur.
Avant toute modification d’installation ou de
câblage, merci de prendre contact avec le SAV
Saftair.
Maintenance and servicing
Maintenance must be performed by authorized
and technically qualified people.
In
case
of
a
breakdown,
accident
or
maintenance issue
1) Always condemn the power supply using the
nearby padlock switch (supplied)
2) Wait for a complete shutdown of all the
moving components before contact with the
moving components.
The IP55 motor is equipped with ready-grease-
packed bearings.
Warning :
1) When cleaning, ensure that no products are
used that potentially damage the plastic parts
such as the engine gasket.
2) When removing the fan unit, do not lift the
equipment by its turbine as this will negatively
affect its balance.
Any disassembly or re-assembly of the motor
turbine group will result in a loss of the
manufacturer’s liability.
