Have the model number (08023) and date code (manufacturing date) ready before you call.
The date code is located inside the battery compartment of the Parent’s Unit.
• The Parent’s Units take 3 AAA alkaline batteries (not included). The Baby’s Unit takes one 9
volt battery (not included. AC adapter may be used instead of batteries.
• There are two Parent’s Units included with this model that function identically. For simplicity,
the instructions will state “Parent’s Unit” throughout.
