4.0 Maintenance

4.1

Maintenance & Repair Personnel:

Safetech Equipment should be serviced and maintained by a qualified a Safetech representative. If

you require servicing you can entering into a service agreement with Safetech. Please click on the

link to obtain the Safetech Service Agreemen

t.

If this is not possible, then the Owner must:

•

Develop & implement a preventive maintenance plan for the unit.

•

Create a competency based training program for servicing the unit.

•

Train & authorise personnel on the safe & correct service of the unit.

•

Permit only suitably trained & skilled personnel to service the unit.

4.2

Planned Maintenance:

To prolong the operational life and ensure the safe operation of your Dock Shelter we recommend

regular planned maintenance by Safetech or a Safetech authorised agent.
For high cycle or heavy load environments, service should be done every three (3) months. For

medium or low cycle environments, service should be done every six (6) months.
Please contact either Safetech or a Safetech authorised agent to discuss your maintenance

requirements.
