Scroll through the built-in files by using the up and down arrow keys to find the desired
frame to be displayed on the VMS board.

If a second frame is available, a black arrow will appear in the bottom left hand corner above the file
path area.
Use the left and right arrow keys to view each frame.

Push enter and a new screen will appear requesting ‘Send It’. Push enter again to
