Re-enable User
Manager
If the User code has previously been disabled, it can
be re-enabled.
•
Enter the Manager code and hold down the last
digit for 3 seconds
A second set of double beeps
will sound and the LED will stay on
•
Press 1
A double beep will sound and the LED will
turn off
Change Super Master Reset Code SMRC
The Super Master Reset Code can be used to reset
the lock to factory settings. To activate it, it must be
changed before the Manager code is changed.
•
Press and hold 0 for 3 seconds
A second set of
double beeps will sound and the LED will stay on
•
Enter the default code 5-5-5-5-5-5-5-5 and hold
down the last digit for 3 seconds
A double beep
will sound
•
Press 0
A double beep will sound
•
Enter the new code
A double beep will sound
•
Enter the new code again to confirm
A double
beep will sound, and the LED will turn off
Turn on backlight
A button backlight can be turned on to provide a
guide in dark areas.

Reset the lock
SMRC
If the Super Master Reset Code has been activated
because it was changed before the Manager code
was changed, it can be used to reset the lock. After
reset, the Manager code defaults to 1-2-3-4-5-6, the
user code is deleted, and Super Master Reset Code
remains the same.
•
Press and hold 0 for 3 seconds
A second set of
double beeps will sound and the LED will stay on

down the last digit for 3 seconds

Press 8
A double beep will sound and the LED will
turn off
The lock has now been reset, test the Manager code
1-2-3-4-5-6.
Change the batteries
•
To eject the battery tray, depress the button at the
location shown on the edge of the keypad
•
Remove the battery tray
•
Replace both batteries with high quality alkaline
9v batteries ensuring the terminals match to the
indications embossed into the battery tray

Re-insert the battery tray
