Problems at cash box opening.
The userkey is broken in the cylinder.
Possible cause
• Fixing holes
• Diameter of cylinder hole
• Deadbolt position
• Wrong coins
• Quantity of coins
• Foreign parts (i.e. plastic chips)
• Wrong userkey
• Damaged userkey
• Wrong series number
• Damaged control key
• Foreign parts in the cylinder
• The cylinder was inserted by the
control key
• A wrong cylinder was inserted (left
handed instead of right handed etc)
• The cash box was opened by the
control key or userkey.
• Wrong spezial screw drivers (compact
cash box)
Strong force effects on userkey.
Solution
Please check the distance of holes (see
drawings on page 10)
Please check the marking of insertion
slot and the information sign.
To get out the coins please push the
red R button.
Please compare:
... the locker number and the number
plate in the key handle.
... die single userkey number of
cylinder and userkey (cylinder must be
removed. Exchange damaged userkey.
Please check the series number
(userkey, cylinder, control key)
Exchange damaged control key
Break the foreign parts for open
locker through the cylinder channel by
using an allen key (e.g. 1,3)
The cylinder can only be inserted with
the userkey
Please insert the correct cylinder (right
handed cylinder – right handed lock)
Please use the correct cash box key
(large cash box)
Please use the correct spezial screw
driver
The locker with the help of the broken
key open, and only then pull out the
key. Please break the broken part of
the userkey through the cylinder
channel by using an allen key (e.g. 1,3).
After please replace the cylinder.
