Loosen bolt to allow strip nut
to freely slide into the opening
of each OEM Channel
MOUNTING BRACKETS
1.1
Remove OEM Rear Channel End Caps, and slide three
Mounting Brackets into each end of the OEM Channels.
1.3
Replace the End Caps, then set to distances shown below:
Use Dimensions A for 2 Crossbar models (ErgoRack only).
Use Dimensions B for 3 Crossbar models. (ErgoRack & AluRack)
Do not torque the Crossbar Mounting Brackets until Step 2.4.
Finger-tighten them into designated dimension to hold them in
place, then proceed to your Feature (FEA) Assembly Manual.
NOTE: Base Mounting Channels
are not included with this

OEM, and supplied by vehicle
manufacturer, and are for
illustrative purposes only.
