Installation to outlet box
Step 2: Wire connection
Grounding Instructions:
Connect fixture neutral wire (ribbed) to the outlet box neutral wire (usually white)
using a wire connector.
Connect fixture hot wire (smooth with markings) to the outlet box hot wire
(usually black) using a wire connector.
CAUTION: Do not reverse the hot and neutral connections
Step 1:
First mark the position of the rubber plug hole with the mounting plate (A), punch
holes on the wall and install the anchor (C), and then fix the mounting plate (A) on the
junction box with screw (B) and outlet box screw(D)
Step 2:
Keep the length of the fixture wire at least 6 in. from the center of the backplate (G) and cut
the fixture wire. Then use the wire strippers (not included) to separate approximately 1/2 in. of the
insulated wire.
Wrap ground wire from outlet box around green ground screw(M) on mounting
bracket, no less than 2" from wire end. Tighten ground screw. If fixture is supplied
with a ground wire, connect to outlet ground wire with a wire connector.
Step 4:
Install the tube plug (L) at (G1), then loosen the handle (H), adjust the height of the
lamp body, rotate the iron shade (J), adjust the position of the iron cover, rotate the lamp
arm (K) from side to side, and install the bulb (I) into the socket after adjusting the position.
