4.  CBX69 Model Identification

The CBX69 Fusion suspension serial tag is located on the rear 
crossmember 

(Figure 8)

.

NOTE:

   Refer to the serial number tag attached to the slider  

rear crossmember for information 

(Figure 8)

.

NOTE:

  If the suspension serial tag is not legible or is not 

available, it can identified by the appearance of 
the equalizing beam. The CBX69 will be installed 
on a tri-axle sliding sub-frame and have a 5.75" 
round axle, 

(Figure 8)

.

NOTE:

  This manual applies to the suspension models 

listed on the front cover. However, determine 
specific model number, write that information 
below and refer to it when obtaining information 
or replacement parts 

(Figure 9)

5.  CBX69 Model Nomenclature

The sample tag illustrated will help interpret the information 
on the SAF-HOLLAND

®

, Inc. serial number tag. The part 

number is on the first line. The model number along with the 
suspension capacity are on the second line. The third line 
contains the serial number
