■ Fuse replacement
- Check the fuse if the control box doesn’t work.
- If necessary contact your dealer.
MAINTENANCE OF THE PRODUCT
1. Cleaning
1) Angle handpiece
① Rotate the head in tap water for about 10 seconds with ma
ximum speed to remove the remains
(blood, physiologic saline solution, etc.) and rinse.
※ Do not put tap water in the motor.
② Disconnect the angle handpiece to the motor.
③ R
emove contaminants on the angle handpiece by using a nylon brush after soaking for 20 minutes in En
z
ymatic Detergent.
④ Rinse the angle handpiece by using tap water for 3 minutes to remove Enzymatic Detergent.
⑤ Wash the angle handpiece for 10 minutes in an ultrasonic cleaner containing Enzymatic Detergent.

Rinse the angle handpiece for 3 minutes in the ultrasonic cleaner containing purified water repeatedly sub
jec
ted to 3 times.
(Change the purified water each time.)
⑦ Wipe using a dust-absorbent cloth after the product has soak
ed in alcohol (70%) for 30 seconds.
2) Motor
Remove any debris or blood stains by wiping over all surfaces with alcohol towelettes (70% Isopropyl)
Repeat wipe over three times.
- Pay attention to not let water enter the motor.
- Do not submerge the product in detergent. It may cause malfunction.
3. Lubrication

- Do not insert oil into the motor. It can damage the bearings.
2. Sterilization

① Dry the applicable parts completely.
② Put the applicable parts in a sterile bag and seal tightly.
③ Put the sterile bag in the sterilizer unit and run for 4 minut

, and let dry for 30 minutes.

- Maximum sterilization number is 250 times.
- Make sure to use a sterilization bag and seal tightly.
- Make sure to dry the applicable products before sterilization

- Sterilizing the angle handpiece with blood or other remains m
ay cause the breakage of the angle handpiece.
Therefore, it is necessary to clean the angle handpiece befor
e sterilization.
- Irrigation tube and Y-connector are disposable. Do not re-use.
- Do not sterilize the motor.
