problem that is not mentioned here, please contact your reseller. Keep your user manual and the serial
number of your chipper at hand.
PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
The engine stops just after start-
up or during operation and the
message slip error is displayed
on the Pilot System.
-Rotor belts loose or defect with
centrifugal clutch or hydraulic coupler
-Feed roller speed to high for the type
of matter (too large and hard)
-Engine accelerated too slowly from a
ticking over.
-Have rotor belts tightened and/or
clutch or hydraulic coupler
controlled by dealer.
-Reduce the feed roller speed using
the flow divider on the hydraulic
distributor.
-Accelerate more vigorously
The dashboard and Pilot System
will not turn on
-Safety of the emergency button
activated
-Fuse melted 15A. (on the starter
Tiger ER )
-Fuse melted 40A. (on the starter
Tiger DR )
-Turn off the safety
-Replace the fuse 15A
-Replace the fuse 40A
The engine will not start -Hood and / or the chimney is open or
not closed
-Safety of the emergency button
activated
-The battery is low
-The power cables have been
damaged.
-The electromagnet that stops the
engine is broken (DR)
-Control the closure of the bonnet
and chimney
-Turn off the safety
-Load or replace the battery
-Check the electrical circuits.
-Check the electromagnet
The motor stops when grinding
large branches
-Capacitor slammed between
terminal 5 and 8 in table startup

-Change the capacitor
