10.3 Nettoyage des conduits de fumées

Une fois par saison de chauffage, les cendres doivent être retirées des conduits.
Pour pouvoir atteindre facilement les conduites de fumées, il est préférable de retirer la chamotte
du poêle. Pour ce faire, procédez comme suit :

Soulevez la pierre et …

… tournez-la à 90° …

… laissez descendre la pierre…

… et sortez-la de la chambre de combustion.

La cheminée doit être obligatoirement ramonée chaque année. Par conséquent, non seulement les
conduits de fumées du poêle, mais aussi les raccords à la cheminée doivent être nettoyés tous les
ans.

10.4 Parties peintes

Eliminez les dépôts de cendres sur les parties peintes à l'aide d'une brosse douce ou d'un chiffon
en coton. Ne lavez jamais le poêle avec de l'eau ! Ceci peut générer des taches de rouille.
