There is no bottom bracket port to access the Junction B box.
To connect the wires to the Junction B box, the crank must be
removed, and the bottom bracket may need to be removed,
depending on the bottom bracket type.

• Guide the 1400mm wire through the top of the head tube and down the down
tube to the front side of the bottom bracket shell.
• Guide the 750mm wire through the drive-side chainstay, then over and to the
front side of the bottom bracket shell.
• If you’re installing a front derailleur, guide a 500mm wire through the front
derailleur wire port, down the seat tube and to the front side of the bottom
bracket shell.
• Guide the 1200mm wire down from the top of the seat tube to the front side
of the bottom bracket shell.
• To remove the seatpost, the EW-RS910 must first be removed and the
1200mm wire unplugged.
TRAVEL OPTION: If the seatpost will be removed repeatedly,
you can replace the 1200mm wire with a 700mm and a
500mm wire (fig.3 A) and an in-line EW-JC200 junction (fig.3
B) connecting the two wires.

• Route an EW-JC130 Y-wire into the basebar, with the 550mm lengths going
to the ends of the basebar.
• Route two 1000mm e-tube wires through the center hole between the two
spacer stack bolt holes, until they exit the center cavity in the basebar.
• Plug the 50mm wire from the EW-JC130 Y-wire and the two 1000mm e-tube
wires into the SM-JC41 Junction B box.

• Guide all four wires through the access hole in the bottom bracket shell and
out of the frame.
• Plug all four wires into the Junction B box, then place the box and wires back
into the down tube in front of the bottom bracket shell.
The Shiv TT is spec’d with a 68mm BSA threaded bottom
bracket shell. A number of threaded bottom bracket options
are available to work with the Shiv TT in order to use your
preferred crankset.
• Install the chosen bottom bracket, then install the cranks according to the
manufacturer’s specifications.
