5. Use the brush to clean the exhaust hole

of the cylinder and intake hole of the
muffler.

6. Loosen the screws securing the spark

arrestor, and then detach it from the
muffler.

7. Clean the spark arrestor with a small

wire brush.

8. After cleaning, install the spark arrestor

back to the muffler. Attach the stamping
plate and outlet tube to the muffler
cover and then tighten the three recess
screws.
