9. Attach the spring to the spring hanger,
and
then attach the other end to the
blade hole.

Insert the pivot bolt through the cutting
blades. Insert the flat washer, spring
washer, and nut.
NOTE:
Align the square on the pivot bolt
with the square slot on the blade.
11. Using a wrench, tighten the nut by
turning it clockwise
until the spring
washer is compressed.
12. Connect the steel wire through the
thread hole of the stamping connector
until it comes in contact with the nut.
