RUSTIBUS DE-SCALER WARRANTY/REPLACEMENT PLAN
RUSTIBUS WILL REPLACE OR REPAIR ANY TOOL OR COMPONENT THAT FAILS DUE TO DEFECTS IN
MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP FOR A PERIOD OF ONE (1) YEAR (12 MONTHS) FROM THE DATE OF
SHIPMENT OF THIS PRODUCT FROM OUR FACILITY. A WARRANTY CLAIM WILL NOT BE HONOURED IF
DEFECTS ARE NOT REPORTED WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD, OR IF RUSTIBUS DETERMINES THAT
DEFECTS OR DAMAGES ARE DUE TO NORMAL WEAR, MISAPPLICATION, LACK OF MAINTENANCE, ABUSE,
IMPROPER INSTALLATION, ALTERATION, OR ABNORMAL CONDITIONS.

use of non genuine parts. We reserve the right to refuse any claims on parts or Rustibus® machinery
unless it can be proven that genuine parts only have been used on Rustibus® machines.
