Birdhouse

CONTAINS
• Birdhouse with Ø 35 mm entrance opening, reinforced with a metal plate.
• Hinged roof.
• Wooden dowel and glue for mounting.
WHEN TO INSTALL
Birdhouses should be installed during the colder months of the year, preferably in late
autumn or early spring. Avoid installing when trees start to leaf or in the summer sap season.
POSITIONING
• Install the birdhouse at least 4 m above the ground out of reach of cats and rats.
• Avoid placing in a sunny south facing location. Ideally, install in a sheltered north east
facing direction, with morning or evening sun.
• As most birds are territorial, the birdhouses should be placed at least 20 m apart.
