• Ensure that the curling tongs do not fall on the floor.
• Do not use the curling tongs outdoors.
• Do not use the curling tongs in areas where spray products or oxygen
gas have been used.
• Do not use the curling tongs in areas filled with explosive or flamma-
ble gases or liquids.
• Do not use the curling tongs for any purpose other than what they are
intended.
• Treat the electric cord with care. Hold the plug, do not pull on the
electric cord. Bend the cord carefully, do not coil it around the curling
tongs. The electric cord must not come into contact with hot objects.
• Let the cooling tongs cool down after use before you put it in the
packaging.
• Do not use corrosive or abrasive agents for cleaning.
• Do not touch the ceramic tong when the curling tongs are turned on.
Hold the curling tongs where the LCD is positioned.
• Do not leave the curling tongs unsupervised when it is connected to
the socket-outlet.
• Turn off the curling tong before you unplug the cord from the socket-
outlet.
• Do not leave the curling tongs on soft surfaces when it is turned on
(e.g. carpets, fabrics, pillows).
• The curling tongs can be used by children from 8 years of age and
upwards as well as by people with reduced physical, sensory and
mental capacity or lack of experience and knowledge if they have
given supervision of instructions relating to use of the curling tongs
in a safe manner and understand potential risks. Children must not
play with the curling tongs. Cleaning and maintenance should not be
carried out by children without supervision.
