• Do not use the appliance for anything other than its intended use.
Store it in a dry environment.
• Close supervision is necessary when your appliance is being used
near children.
• Be careful not to get burned by the steam.
• To disconnect, turn any control to “Off”, then remove the plug from the
wall outlet.
• Do not operate the coffee maker without water.
• Never use the appliance if the coffee pot shows any signs of cracks.
Only use the coffee pot with this appliance. Use carefully as the coffee
pot is very fragile.
• Do not set a hot coffee pot on a wet or cold surface.
• Do not use a cracked coffee pot or a coffee pot with a loose or
weakened handle.
• Scalding may occur if the cover is removed during the brewing cycle.
• Some parts of the appliance get hot during operation, so do not touch
with your hand. Use handles or knobs only.
• Never leave the empty coffee pot on the warming plate, otherwise the
coffee pot is liable to crack.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above if
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.
Cleaning and user maintenance must not be performed by children
unless they are older than 8 and supervised. Keep the appliance and
its cord out of the reach of children aged less than 8 years.
• Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have
been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance
in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children must not
play with the appliance.
• This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar
applications such as:
- staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments,
- farm houses,
- by clients in hotels, motels and other residential environments,
- bed and breakfast environments.
• Do not use outdoors.
