8. TROUBLESHOOTING Spotlight with motion detector
The spotlight may switch on by mistake because:
• Vents are emitting steam or hot air, e.g. from a laundry room.
• Engines from cars are emitting heat.
• Bushes or trees are moving or changing temperature.
• It is mounted under a roof or tree.
• It is affected by strong electromagnetic interference..
If the spotlight does not work at all, this may be because:
• The fuse has tripped.
• It has been mounted in a way that any movements are outside the sensor area.
If the sensor shows a reduced function, this may be because:
• The object that it should react to has the same, or almost the same, temperature as
the ambient temperature.
9. ENVIRONMENT
ELECTRICAL WASTE.
Used electrical and electronic products, including all types of batteries, must be taken to a
collection point for recycling. (In accordance with directives 2012/19/EU and 2006/66/EC).
INFORMATION ABOUT HAZARDOUS WASTE
End-of-life electronic products may not be discarded in regular household
waste. Make sure to dispose it at an appropriate public recycling site.
Check with your municipality or your reseller for more information about
recycling or public recycling sites.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
By law the product must be returned to the place of purchase along with the original
receipt in the event of a complaint. The user is liable for any damage to the product that
is caused by not using the product for its intended purpose or by not following this user
manual correctly. The right of complaint will not apply in these instances.
