PROBLEM SOLVING
Filter replacement
light is on  Ensure appliance is unplugged.

Remove HEPA filter as shown in this instruction manual.
 HEPA filter should only be cleaned with a vacuum and soft
dusting brush. Take care not to damage filter.
 Reinstall filters.

Power on as normal.
 Hold the Timer Button [ ] for 3 seconds to reset the
sensor.
Appliance is not
powering on 
Check appliance is plugged in and powered on.
 Check that all filters are properly installed as shown in this
instruction manual.
 Check the power button has been pressed.

Check in another socket.
The air exhausted
from the air purifier
smells  Clean the filters following the instructions in this manual.

Ensure the filters are completely dry before replacing.
ERROR CODES 
E1 – Filters/Grille not properly assembled.
 EU – Sensor failure – Turn off and contact us below.
 E3 – Fan speed issue – Turn off and contact us below.
