The following recommendations are only a guide. You can always return the lid and KEEP
WARM to continue cooking slightly. Alternatively, add ½ cup of hot water and pressure cook
for an additional 1 minute and leave to release pressure naturally.
Never fill (combined rice/grain and liquid) past the halfway mark when cooking in the pressure
cooker.
