Move the throttle lever slightly to the left.
Make sure the "Emergency Stop" button is not pressed.
Start the engine by operating the starter. Never pull the starter string suddenly, but first
take it to the stop, meaning let the ratchets engage first. Slowly direct the starter handle
in the return race to the starter housing, even if the engine is running.
