8. PROBLEMS AND REMEDIAL ACTIONS
PROBLEMS POSSIBLE CAUSES REMEDIES
THE HYDROPHORE
DOES NOT PUMP
WATER, THE ENGINE
DOES NOT WORK 1. It is not powered

5. The pressure switch is
installed incorrectly or is
damaged 1. Check that the
voltage is present
and that the correct
plug has been
inserted into the
socket.
2. Determine the
cause of the
problem and reset
the switch. If the
thermal switch has
been activated, wait
for it to cool down.
3. Contact the
service.
4. Check the cause
and unlock the
hydrophore.
5. Contact the
service.
THE ENGINE IS
WORKING, BUT THE
HYDROPHORE DOES
NOT PUMP THE
LIQUID 1. Empty the
body of the
hydrophore.

Check as:
a) the connections are sealed.
b) the fluid level did not fall
below the suction.
c) the sorbet is sealed and
blocked.
d) there are no siphons, elbows,
obstacles or strangulations.

height or use equipment with
suitable characteristics
