TEST RUN

- Start the tool and check that there is no unusual vibration or 

dismatching of the abrasive disc.

Otherwise, switch off immedia-

tely and eliminate the cause

WATER FLOW REGULATION

The flow of water is controlled by turning tap (7). Always shut-off 
the water supply if the tool remains inactive. This is to prevent any
accidental penetration of liquid inside the motor. Should this happen,
unplug the tool immediately and thoroughly dry it using a jet of 
compressed air on the body and motor ventilation slots (9). Do not
restart the tool until it is perfectly dry.

REMOVING AND REPLACING ABRASIVE DISCS

- Follow the instructions supplied by the abrasive disc manufacturer.

USABLE TOOLS

- Diamonded discs for wet sanding.

MAINTENANCE

All maintenance operations are carried out with the power supply
disconnected.
-  At the end of each work session, or when required, remove any

dust from the body of the tool using a jet of compressed air, paying 
particular attention to the motor ventilation slots.

No other maintenance operations must be undertaken by the
user.

If necessary, consult an authorised Assistance Centre.

NOISE

The noise generated by the tool under normal operating conditions is
88.7 dB measured in accordance with standard EN 50144.

Take suitable precautions to protect hearing from possible
damage from noise generated by the tool.

MEAN ACCELERATION VALUE

The mean quadratic acceleration value is less than 2.5 m/sec

RADIO SUPPRESSION

The tools are suppressed in accordance with EC Directive 89/336 for
the prevention and elimination of radio disturbances.

GUARANTEE

All tools manufactured by 

RUPES

SpA are guaranteed for 12 months

from the date of purchase against fabrication and material defects.
The guarantee will no longer be valid if the instructions contained in
this booklet are not followed, if the tool is used for purposes other than
that for which it is intended, if it is dismantled, interfered with in any
way or damaged due to neglect.

The guarantee will be made valid by filling-in the form on the
inside back cover of this instruction booklet.

If the tool is found to be defective or malfunctions, it should be 
returned carriage free in one piece in its original packing together with
the guarantee certificate to the manufacturer or to one of the
Assistance Centres listed in the appendix to this booklet.
The guarantee does not automatically imply replacement of the tool.
