Step 1: Wear anti-static gloves and loosen the captive screws of the extension module.
Step 2: Hold the captive screws on the extension module, and withdraw the extension module with the ejector slowly, as
shown in Figure 1-2.
Step 3: Put the extension module into its package.
Withdraw the extension module uprightly and slowly. Install a blank panel on the location where an extension
module is removed to ensure normal ventilation and dissipation and avoid dust in the chassis.
