3.2.5  Dielectric Strength Testing 

For  dielectric  strength  (HIPOT)  testing  in  the  field,  users  must  remove  the  metal 
jumper located on terminal 2, 4, and 6 of the power supply terminal block. This metal 
jumper  connects  transient  suppression  circuitry  to  chassis  ground  and  must  be 
removed  in  order  to  avoid  damage  to  transient  suppression  circuitry  during  HIPOT 
testing. Figure 15 shows the proper HIPOT test connections and should be followed 
to avoid damage to the device.
